Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at crystalluminaa@outlook.com. Returns must be sent to the address provided after your return request is approved.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at crystalluminaa@outlook.com.

  • We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

  • Once verified, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the replacement.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

  • Items must be returned unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • We will process your refund request within 48 hours of approval.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
